Currently, Quaille utilizes the drop-shipping method to fulfill orders. Specifically, we use Printify to fulfill (most of) your orders. Therefore our refund policy is in accordance with that of Printify.
Refund Policy - The Basics
All products are unique and produced only once ordered. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact them within 30 days of product delivery.
When you place an order with Quaille, you'll receive an email from customer@trackorder.site. From there, you can check your order details, leave feedback, and report a problem. The return/refund process will be initiated when you "report a problem."
